Shocking Service

<p>I phoned to take out an extended warranty which at that point in time I wanted, subsequently I decided i di not want it and have been trying to cancel with no success as the sales consultant will not respond to any e-mails to advise who I can contact to cancel this extended warranty, I have also contacted them and they have no record of me taking out an extended warranty with them. They also commited to send me all policy documents within 30 Days which have never materialised and now I have also been debited for the 1st Payment.</p>
