Email sent 21 st July 2023 Good morning Karabo My service was booked for the 29th of April 2023, however this was cancelled by Kia Menlyn due to management deciding that they will close on that day to take advantage of the long weekend,my vehicle was reseheduled for May 3rd. I could not make it on that day as i was attending my fathers funeral unfortunately..Monday the 1st My parents live oversea’s and i have been unable to return to RSA till 2 weeks ago,due resolving his estate. My wife was with me also,so my car couldn’t be serviced asit was parked in a garage. What is your consideration regarding my service in such unforseen circumstances?
