Shocking Customer Service or Lack thereof

I am writing this review in pure frustration . The customer service from Liquid Capital is absolutely non existent. I have had endless problems with them since I purchased my car in 2016. From not wanting to replace my radio because its out of warranty (this was within 5 month's that I had my car), to not responding to my requests for renewal of my service plan, to no response to my request of confirmation to get my brakes and clutch done. This is absolutely shocking service. But you are on time to debit my account each month. Why do you drag your feet with servicing your clients ??
