Service, what service! %@&#

I took out an extended service plan and warranty plan in January 2022. I was assured by Daylon Godfrey I could cancel anytime. I received the policy documents for the warranty plan but not the service plan so thought both were covered in the one policy document. I later email Daylon Godfrey to cancel the policies. I assuned that both policies would be canceled because I only received 1 policy document. I made sure I requested the cancelations a month before the debit orders were meant to go off. To my surprise they still debited my account which I didn't budget for because it was my understanding that they wouldnt debit the account. I was charged R147 bank fees for not having sufficient funds. I then followed up and advised Daylon Godfrey in early February 2022 that I wanted the service plan canceled. He just sent an email to someone internally advising to cancel the policy. I received an email at the end of March more than 2 weeks later saying they couldn't get hold of me and wouldn't be canceling the policy. I rep**** and told them I had spoken to Daylon Godfrey so the request should have been canceled. They didn't act on my request and the second debit order went off 1 April 2022.More than 2 months later I'm still being debited for a policy I cancelled in advance. Needless to say I was again charged R147 for not having sufficient funds. I've now paid R294 in bank fees because of Daylon Godfrey and is colleagues incompetence.

No apology and R294 poorer. I'm really sorry I ever heard of Liquid Capital and definitely won't recommend them to friends and family. But will recommend them to my worst enemy
