Service plan still not activated - PAID CASH UPFRONT IN FEB 2018..........

Took out a service plan in Feb 2018, paid CASH UPRONT. A year and a half later they have still not activated it, Everytime I go to have my car serviced I have a problem. have sent proof of payment to them on numerous occasion.
