Service Plan Refund

I'm not happy with your service. Today i was made to hold for an hour to speak to a Manager in cancellation which never happened. i had to buy R110 airtime twice. i spoke to Peal and Amanda they made a fool of me. since I cancelled the service plan I have received my refund. i have never claimed .

so I want my refund back or I'm taking you to hello peter
