Service Plan Refund

I have been trying to get a refund on a service plan that I took out with liquid capital. I have never used the plan. Firstly they told me that the refund was being processed. I have been in contact with them since before Christmas. Today I phoned and I am told that the manager made a decision not to refund the money because the plan is older than six months. I was never informed that if I take out a policy I would forfeit my money after six months. I have never received a contract. The agreement was telephonic. I cannot even access these terms on their website. I am shocked and appalled at their service. I wouldn't recommend them to a bin fly.
