Service Plan query

I raised a concern as to why my cancelled service plan could not be reinstated as I cancelled it due to inaccurate information given to me. A consultant by the name of Sizeni (did not get her surname at the time), contacted me and probed for clarity on my request. Whist on the call she transferred me to Sidney Manyoni (Collections Advisor) who took charge of the matter and indicated that he'll follow through on my request to have my service plan reinstated. He kept me informed of the progress made until my service plan was reinstated. In between Sizeni also called me to keep me abreast of the progress made. A BIG THANK YOU to Sizeni and Sidney for listening to my concerns and request and for realising a positive outcome. It's appreciated.
