Service plan Obsolete
<p>I went to take my vehicle for his 60000km service this morning when Kia informed me that i am no longer covered since i had my last free service on 45000km.. What upset me is when i bought the vehicle i asked for them to extend my service plan and they said they have extended it to 200 000km or 3 years which ever comes first. Now today i need to here that they have extended my Warranty plan but not my service plan which helps me NOTHING. In my two years i have the vechile i do not think i have onced used the warranty plan so at the end it is only a waste of my hard work earnings....</p> <p> </p> <p>i have phoned Liquid Capital where they confirmed that my plan is only till 45000km where as i ask them but why have no one told me that when i took my vehicle for an service or why have they not let me know it has expired the lady just tell me that i can't keep them liable as Kia should have told me that it was my last free service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do keep Liquid Capital liable as like i said was under the impression that my service Warranty is till good to go. So i asked the lady if i then can take out an new one so that i can do my service as i am on 59000km and needs to service before it hits 60000km then she said i can apply but will have to wait 3 months before i can claim to service my vehicle by then i will be due for 75000km so which she said i need to pay myself for the 60000km. </p> <p> </p> <p>My question is these guys are so quick to send you messages on a daily basis for things that do not concern you and i do get tons of these messages on a day but they can't send there clients an sms just to letyou know that you're policy is about to expire and would you like to re apply for an new service plan.</p> <p> </p> <p>My point is that the lady should not make excuses and blame other people for example Kia or the dealer i bought my vehicle from because i do not have the contract with them but with Liquid Capital so i am very dissapointed in the service i received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate if someone can come back to me with a deal we can both benefit from as i need to get my vehicle serviced ASAP.</p> <p>regards</p> <p>gerard </p>
