Service Plan Issue

I recently took my car in for its 90k service.

Upon booking it in, there was misunderstanding between what was promised to be covered on the plan, and the work the dealership was authorized to do. Upon phoning Liquid Capital in a state, I was lucky to deal with Ntabusing(spelling may be wrong), who immediately knew how to handle the situation, and what steps to follow. She assisted me with patience, even though I was very frustrated at the time, and assured me that Liquid Capital delivers on there promises.

I am happy to report back, that Liquid Capital did deliver on their promise, and authorized the work promised to me. Many parties had to be involved to resolve the issue and tick all the boxes, and Ntabusing navigated and drove these steps like a true champion. Today, I can say with the utmost cer*****y that she always had my best interests at heart, and did not once try to escape from the initial issue at any point. What I also appreciated, is that she had a little humour with me, which gave me abit of a giggle and helped me relax a bit.

Service agents like her are champions, and what makes one still believe that their are honorable companies out there. Customer service and satisfaction is vital.This gives me hope for South Africa.
