service plan i paid all my premiums they say they can't service my car. urgent

<p>I took my car to Kia this money which they called the company to confirm if they can service the car they were told no. When we call through to liquid capital they tell me I didn't pay my July premium. My premiums are up to date. And I need my car to be serviced. I'd number: 840 ********** 084. </p>
