Service plan clarity

I took a cervice plan from liquid capital in 2016,ever since I had to renew the plan ,of which I did, and an agent would contact me to verify approval of plan extension,In february I took my car for servicing ,and I was informed by the dealer that my service plan needs to be renewed,,same procedure was followed ,but this time the newal of the plan is deducting twice im now paying R345 +for the old plan and R405 for the new plan....I called this morning and they were so unkind to me...issue is still not resolved
