Service plan cancelation
I've never experienced any issues with the provider, calls answered quick. Service was good and clarity provided, I don't understand why it takes so long to do the cancelation considering, I traded in oner and got another and still have a service plan with the same provider. Anyway, Im hoping there will be no issues moving on. Otherwise, the lady that assisted with the query was professional.
