Service plan booster

If I could, I would give a -5 stars for the interactions and the service

I took out a service booster plan and tried to use it for a service, but they declined to pay for the service, stating that my plan does not cover it. This is because I do not have an active service plan, which, according to my plan, covers all the parts. Mind you, I'm still paying for the plan to date.

I spoke to Fre****, who told me that the plan is still active and the service should still be covered, then he went away and left me on hold for 15min+.

I then called back and spoke to Thuto, who advised that I cannot use the plan because I do not have an active service plan attached to the booster plan, which is not possible because all the parts are covered in the plan. He then muted me and left me on the line for a few minutes, and then dropped the call.
