Service plan
Before I took my car in for service I did call and verified my service plan is active, today on 5th of May took my car in for service liquid agent tell my dealer that my service plan has expired then whe I call liquid capital they missed my Vin number how is that possible don't know. Been waiting from 10 am till now for liquid capital to match my vun number with my policy for goodness sake the dealer is cloadinh early as it'd Friday. This is extre6urgent.
