I recently contacted LC because I advised I missed my service as KIA didn't contact me. I than spoke with rethabile she's a consultant ...she really put me at ease and assured me that all is well and assisted me accordingly. I'm glad I won't be penalized as she mentioned n I can continue to book my car for service. She was sweet and kind
