Service plan

I have had the service plan policy for a period of 5 years with Liquid Capital and my car was not serviced for the 70 000 km . I only received 2 payments for service plan of 45 and 65. the 15000km was paid for by the dealership when the car was bought. To date no one has assisted to understand why only 2 service plans were paid for and not honouring the 70km service. The company is a **** and I continuously opened the case over a month and their system only shows that my service plan was cancelled....my service plan expired end of March 2022 and no one has records when initially joined and have been paying for years. I cancelled the extended services plan that was going o be effective end of May 2022 because I was not happy with the original service plan as this company doesnt honour the payment for what I ahve been paying for over 5 years. Now their system is showing the cancelled one which was recent and not the 5 years....what kind of system they operating. I am utterely annoyed with the service received and no one calls me to resolve my query. Brandolene Ndlovu whom I sent the required information too hasnt resolve my query or called me back
