service NOT rendered

I had a contract with Liquid capital for a year for the service plan contract only to find out that they were charging me incorrectly and when I complained no one attended to me as a result my contract was cancelled and now I have paid for a service I have never used for a whole good 1year and they don't even want to reimburse me,pathetic service that I got from them,i would NEVER refer anyone to use their services,i sent countless emails and they all ignored them
