Service issue
I had logged an enquiry online and the service agent that assisted me was super nice and she gave me her word that she would try all in her powers to escalate the issue and come with a feedback within two days. I am very pleased to say that Ms. Karabo Makgoo indeed came back to me and my Car's 75K service was done and I'm happy. Thanks a million times to Ms. Karabo Makgoo for doing her work so well, even when I wasn't so nice when I encountered the issue.
