The service received from Karabo Makgoo (Customer Care Consultant ) was impeccable. She listened to my concern raised re payment of a major service for my vehicle and indicated that she's escalating my request for approval and kept me informed of the progress via SMS's received. I was delighted when she called back to inform me that my service will be paid via my maintenance plan. I was suitably impressed with her professionalism and efficiency.
