Service Excellence
I would like to personally thank and commend Karabo Makgoo from the customer care department for exceptional service today. She assisted gladly with an issue when the vehicle dealership shifted the blame and made the issue my problem. Her dedication to service excellence is commendable and she really went out of her way to assist me here. I am truly grateful.
