Service authorisarion

I'm so disappointed with the service received with Liquid, after being told that I can take my vehicle for service on a Saturday & they are closed. I call the other department ws told that they not authorized to communicate with me, they only communicate with the dealer. I I'm the one paying & u can't speak to me. Horrible
