they refuse to pay for my car service saying it is late for service,i explained that i couldn't find the nearest garage on time. what is worse is i am still paying for that service plan in my account. if my car was late then the policy lapse they should have stop deducting my money now they got my money and they do not wanna pay for my service cost. what do we call that in the name of consumers in SA. i say they are making money out of our budget i want a refund of for that service cost really. i don 't care if my car was late but i just brought it for service and i claim they refuse soo i want my money.
