Liquid Capital are real ********..initially when I extended my car maintenance with them I was advised that I would have to pay at least three consecutive installment in the 4th one I would take my car in for service..fourth month came a and I took my car for service and when the dealership called them for authorization...to my surprise, I was told that liquid capital Will not be paying and will only pay once my cars KM's reaches 105000..fine I ended up paying from my own pocket and I continued paying...to cut the story short..in April I could not pay in time due to Covid-19 and the business was not operating, had made arrangements for payment, when I.phoned requesting for an email address.to send the proof of payment the guy that I spoke.to advised that my policy had been cancelled...like what the hell? What happens to my car that needs to be serviced and all the money that I have paid thus far? Where does it go? I am really disappointed at these guys.
