Satisfactory Service

I received the answers to my queries in a professional, courteous manner by the agent. I was satisfied with the service. However, the reason I didn't award Liquid Capital five stars is because it is not their policy to remind the client when the Service Plan is about to expire. I believe they should do this, as I had to pay quite a bit when I took my car for a service without knowing that my Service Plan had expired.
