Rude consultant

I had a query regarding my service plan and called liquid capital. The consultant was extremely rude on the phone and put the phone down on me. How do you have such people working for your company? The reference for my call was CAS-401911-D0F7C7. I will not be renewing my service plan with Liquid Capital due to this extremely rude person
