I have been paying for service plan with this company for a year and half and for them to reject payment to service my car. Yo business is very bad and you keep people on hold for 20 minutes not getting back to them to give feedback. You send sms telling clients you will call them back and you never do until I had to pick up the phone myself to get answers.
