I had a 45000km full service plan with liquid capital for my kia picanto. I had taken it in for my 30000km service in January 2016. It was due to expire at the end of September 2016. According to the plan I was the last service was to be done at 45000km or 36 months, whichever came first. When I booked it in, they rejected it because my last service was in January. 36 months came before the 45000km. Ofcourse I have to do it before it expires. When I called in, they just ignored the fact that I brought it in at the 36 month mark. I am currently around 500km away from my 3rd service. My car refuses to start. I think the battery has died. I have had to use a jumper cable to start it. Had they done the service then, they would have picked it up and charged it. Now on top of having to pay again for a service that I have already paid Liquid Capital for, I would also have to buy a new battery. How does a company refuse to offer a service that a customer has already paid for. This is ****************. Please be careful not to use Liquid Capital.

Rather save up and do the service yourself. When you take your car on finance, you are paying interest even on that service plan. You might as well pay it yourself once a year. It's better than getting ********** and having to pay twice.
