Requested information by 2 call centre agents and no response

I requested a call back from liquid capital and received a quote which I was very happy with. But I asked twice for 2 different agents to please send me the information on what is covered an what is included in the package as I need to discuss it with my husband first. All I want is the information on what is covered in the service plan. It can't be that difficult.

Please can someone just help as I also tried sending an email with no luck.
