Request is rejected for maintenance plan by LiquidCapital

Hello, I need assistance with a matter concerning my car maintenance plan with LiquidCapital. Today, I took my car to the KIA service department for brake pad replacement, but they found that the discs are in bad condition. They sent a request to LiquidCapital for approval, but it was rejected due to the uneven condition of the discs. When I called LiquidCapital to ask about this, they refused to transfer me to the authorization department, claiming that only the dealership can do it. However, the dealership is also not receiving any assistance from LiquidCapital.
