Refusal to pay for first service on new Hyundai Tucson

Be wary....Liquid capital are one of those companies who do not do business for the right reasons.....that of offering great customer service Instead they create and use fine print to find ways of not paying out for what I have purchased. Granted I was a bit late for the service, but it is a brand new car and there is no reason for there to be a problem. I was away from home much of the time since the service was due and the Service indicator was not working in the car. I did not receive any reminders at all...
