Refusal of windscreen cover

I am disgusted and dismayed by the pathetic treatment by liquid capital. I bought my car in 2018 and took servi plan with liquid capital. I logged a claim for windscreen chirp in February 2020. I was told that it was not covered, which was a surprise to me. They have been reminding me about my windscreen cover for months prior to that. These ****** are *****s.
