Refund not recieved

Took a service plan which was going to be active effective May 2021, my car was involved in an accident and written off.called liquid capital requested them to cancel the policy as tgere car is written off, they have debited me for the past 5 months service or administration fee was included on the first premium.ive been calling to request my refund as i have not used their service no one is assisting me ..i wouldnt recommend anyone to take a service with this company
