Refund not processed

Good Day,

This is to express my deepest unhappiness in this Company Liquid Capital, CAS733098-F1N3Y0 This is for JM Moolman I have been trying to get them to process a Refund into my Parents account, Every time I call I get a different story they are escalating the matter they are looking into the matter they will get someone to call me and nothing I am really at my wits end with these people, I have to phone everyday and speak to a consultant and everytime hear a different story They don't have any people Customer Relationship S****s at all.
