REFUND MY MONEY & CANCEL THE POLICY

I've cancelled a policy with MOTORHAPPY & LiquidCapital in Nov 22. Since 1 Dec 22 Debit orders are going off my account twice for one vehicle. Since Dec 22 to date Ive send numerous emails & telephone calls, debit orders are going off my account. They refused to cancel this policy or refund my money!
