Received ABSOLUTE poor service from Liquid Capital.

My vehicle is due for a service by the end of January 2020 seeing that the last time it was serviced in January 2019. I booked the vehicle in last week Friday with the dealer for the service and the dealer then informed me that Liquid Capital is not authorising my service, because I did not drive enough kilometers for the year. I need to add another 4,500km before the 2nd of February 2020 then they MIGHT assist me with a service.

The terms and conditions are the first of either a 12 month period or kilometers driven and clearly I adhere to the 12 months.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received and will definitely not recommend them for a service plan.
