Quotation for Service Plan Extention

I have called the call centre on several occasions and have asked them to email me a quotation for a service plan. Each time I am assured it will happen and then nothing arrives. I suspect it has to do with the fact that the call centre cannot "close" the sale over the phone. Please assist me as it is impossible to escalate this issue by normal means with Liquid Capital because you end up with yet another call centre agent that promises an email that never comes.
