This lady was amazing, she helped me with my query and even went beyond by looking into my service plan, advised that it was about to expire, sent further information about renewing it and advise that I can also do it on my end through the self service portal. I’ve had appalling service from LiquidCapital before, actually all the time apart from my recent experience with Tiisetso R, this was refreshing thank you.
