Promises not met

Twice it's happened now that I take my car to the dealership only to be called a few minutes later to be informed that my service will not be covered by the Liquid Capital (both major services, the most expensive ones) & I have to pay cash even after having paid monthly premiums. At this point, I am ready to jump ship!!!! I honestly wish there was a 'no star' rating!
