Poor, unprofessional and unreliable service

This company *****s money through poor service from the call center. They have given me the run around for 5 months yet are the first to debit money month end. Their actions, emails, sms and calls have contradicted just after my 1st enquirery. And yet because of their poor service they charging me 500 rand even when they know very well that its their bad service that is making me cancel. I’d really advice people against taking any product from this company. When i called motor happy to sign up I didn’t see any liquid capital and reading reviews i now see that they just *****ing from us. U will send 1 email 70 times. And my complaint is not about receiving cover but not receiving a direct answer from may shows that none of my future services would have been paid. Research views on this company 99% is negative and 1/2 positive. I strongly advice against anything to do with them
