Poor (understatement) customer service

I want to just warn anyone looking at purchasing a Hyundai .... Please think again.. Having to deal with Liquid Capital ,the underwriters of their service plan will probably be the most frustrating experience of your life.... Words cannot even begin to express how poorly you are treated as a customer... Total and blatant disregard for the customer and facts.....
