Poor service - refunds

Bought the car through dealership with existing Liquid Capital policy. I contacted Liquid capital as the car was about to reach 90 000 km but the person I spoke to by the name Makgone and she confirmed the car doesn't have a policy however service was done through them. I then took the car to Bosch Service provider for the service and when I recontact to double check she picked it up and confirmed that 90 000 km was supposed to be done through them, I then requested a refund since it was Liquid Capitals mistake but my refund is being rejected after compliting all the necessary documents.
