Poor service

I will to share these poor service at liquidcapital.

I have being paying my insurance and december i see doubt deduction and i reversed 1,quest what january they did not deduct and when i call to ask y they dont deduct they say my policy lapse,when I ask the lady said my payments did not go through for 2 month n i ank how,then i send them them my bank statememt..they never bother to call me and after few days tbese i got on sms...Dear Customer, YourcustomerQueryCAS-897954-D8S8F5has been resolved.Thank you, LiquidCapital Customer Service Team...they dont call to gv gv feedback.please Hellopeter help me I feel i am been treated unfairly and in 3 month my car car shoul go for full service,i feel they did these in purpose,expect me to lay R10000 in front.
