Poor service

I have had this policy for a period of time and not missed a payment. Requested to have it cancelled as I was not able to service my car for 2023 so what am I paying for. Called to cancel only for the consultant to tell me my car is not on my name which is not true. She refused to cancel the policy until she speaks to MFC, call cut and till now she has not called and the contact number is not available for hat service is this absolutely poor service. I will not recommend liquid capital.
