Poor service

I am very disappointed that you send us a list of repairers for dent and scratch on the list they are saying they offer Mobile services (Renew my car) after you have authorized for them to fix my car, they are now telling us they are no longer offer Mobile services. Meaning they can't able to come to my home to fix the car, now we need to drive to them. If I was given a correct list of companies, I was not going to be here complaining to want those services. It is not my problem that you have send me old list of companies not updated list. Please take responsibility for your mistake and provide me with the service that is on the list.
