Poor service

I had a service plan with liquid capital- took my car for one service the 2nd service I was told my contracted ended 2months ago. I never received a call or sms notification from liquid capital advising me about this, am I suppose to smell when the plan ends? This is pathetic after they were paid for this plan. quick to receive the money but no rush to do their jobs, If I was notified in time I would have taken the car for service and also requested for an extend plan, like money doesn't fall out of the air. I want my car serviced as I paid liquid capital for a service plan or then refund me if its that big of an issue .
