Poor service

Tarini Govender a team leader who **** to us that on the 19 of November 2020 that she has cancelled our service plan and there is refund amount that is due to us and the refund will be made to us this week. Since yesterday i have been trying to reach to confirm which day this week will the money be refunded, she was not taking my calls or responding to my emails. I have even asked her to call me back, to proof that there is no service at Liquid Capital, she not return my emails or calls. Only today she has called me to tell me that she has escalated the matter to Kantha Padiyachee as she is not sure when will refund will be made to us. So my request is simple, listen to the calls Tarini she made to me on the 19 of November that our refund will be refunded this week and also there is an email she has send to confirm that there is refund due to us. We want the refund made to us today as she promised, eternal issues is not my problem. Liquid Capital is bad company with bad service, when you purchase a car just make sure you don't do any dealings. Pay the money back to us today before end of business.
