Poor customer service and false advertising

I started with liquid capital last year, so I took my car for a service at renault roodepoort for a service, the rejected the claim as my car is due for service, I'm on 34000km, they told one me that I have to take my car with 75000 km which is very far, I hardly drive long distances... My car needs service and the worst part of it is that they don't follow up with the customer.... Im really disappointed with their service.
