Poor customer service

<p>I’m really disappointed at the service I have received from Liquid Capital! Their employees have no regard for client’s and they are very ***********. Promises to call back if you have a complaint however they never do. I was insured with them in 2014 and just before I had to take my vehicle for service they informed me that my policy was cancelled, I send proof of payment and I was promised to receive feedback once the matter was investigated and nobody did. How come insurance companies promise to have your back if you need their assistance however they never do. Is this just a money making ****?</p>
