Poor customer service

Yesterday i took my car in for Service, the dealer contacted liquid capital for authorisation as per Service Booster requirement. The dealer was told to forward previous service documents before they can authorise the current service, which he did. I also forwarded the requested documents to Liquid Capital myself. For that point onwards it was a cat and mouse game between the myself, dealer and Liquid Capital. The dealer phone the authorisation department 4 times and every time he was told that the matter is being escalated, I called liquid capital more than 5 time and every time I was told that the matter is being escalated to the right people. I dropped the car off at 7 am and by 12 pm liquid capital was still playing hide and seek. The matter was not resolved and my car was standing at the dealership not be attended to because liquid capital was nowhere to be found. This is sad because when one pays the premiums everything run smooth but when it is time for them to honor their end of the deal, they play cat and mouse and try to come up with any excuse as to why the claim is being delayed. I canceled the damn policy and paid for the service myself, now it is time for them to cancel the policy and refund the premiums paid on the policy since I haven't used it. I am once again told that my cancelation will be escalated and it might take 20 days for them to process the cancelation, as for the "refund" they don't know. CUSTOMER Service rendered by liquid capital is nothing but ****. They do not respect customers time nor do anything to resolve issues, what they are good at is escalating issues to god knows where. My advice to everyone stay away from Liquid Capital!!! Away
